Seven stages from pattern to export — each one defined, auditable and under our own control.
End-to-end production assurance, from pattern to export
Every order follows a defined, auditable process from the first production step through to shipment. No stage of production is subcontracted to independent workshops outside our control.
Pattern to export, every stage under control
Patternmaking
Patterns are created, developed and graded in our Istanbul patternroom on Gerber and Assist CAD systems.
Sampling
Proto and pre-production (PP) samples are developed and fit-approved. Bulk production begins only after customer approval.
Cutting
Fabric is spread and cut on automatic spreading and cutting systems at a daily capacity of 6,500–7,000 pieces. Cut panels are bundled by size and colourway and prepared for the sewing lines.
Sewing
Production runs on four dedicated sewing lines.
Laundry & garment dyeing
Garment washing and garment dyeing are performed at our Malatya facility in line with approved wash standards and recipes.
Quality control
Garments undergo thread trimming, pressing, measurement checks and quality inspection to the agreed AQL standards.
Packing & export
Goods are packed and cartoned to the brand's packing manual. Export documentation and the entire shipping process are managed by Yıltem.
